Laetitia - Flexibility
This was my last shoot at Big Shot Studio and it really ended on a high. Laetitia is a popular international model and ex-ballerina. She was doing a UK tour and she agreed to do a day at the studio. I booked two hours with her but it almost went wrong because the owner double booked me with another photographer. Fortunately I was able to work around that and I arrived in time for shooting. Laetitia required every photography to sign a contract beforehand which laid out the rules for whatever we had in mind. I was fine with that as she has an image to maintain.
To start with, I photographed her nude with a black backdrop and she went through a series of flexible poses that blew the mind. I had never worked with anyone of her fitness level. After a while we brought out a white box for her to pose on and then a few standing poses. Laetitia then changed into a kimono that I brought along. It has an old-fashioned look about it and is very flattering. She posed in front of the now famous Victorian window, which I knew would produce some amazing shots. She absolutely loved the images. This was evident when I sent her 39 images to approve afterwards and she liked 38 of them. I was so pleased with my work and she eventually chose a couple to include in a book she will produce soon.
